After a remarkable period of two years, I have decided to make a move from my current job. The strain caused by my academic commitments has finally taken its toll. Hence for the next eight months or so, I’ll be out venturing out on my own.
Time to get all retrospective;
It all started when I left a stable but demanding bank job to pursue higher studies. Sparing you the details, I land a technical writing stint. And all of a sudden people go “oh! So you’re an IT guy?” I’d stick to the title ‘writer’ for now, thank you very much!
The learning curve has been a steep one. But immense fun, they are a hearty lot the technology folk. Not the stereotypical geeks as many would have expected. And of course met some lovely people on the net and got inspired to blog.
One step of faith leads to another. Now I set off to worlds unknown. But I have assurance. I will never be left to wonder alone. It gives me courage and strength. I look forward to being led to pastures of green.
